A listing on EuroCareFinder does not mean that we endorse, recommend, inspect, approve, verify, certify, accredit or guarantee the clinic, practitioner, service, treatment, price, facility, qualification or outcome.

We do not guarantee that information shown on EuroCareFinder is accurate, complete, lawful, current, safe, suitable, available or free from error.

Clinic information, services, prices, locations, opening times, practitioner availability, treatment descriptions, photos and contact details may change without notice.

You should confirm all important information directly with the relevant clinic before booking, travelling, paying money or receiving treatment.

Prices shown on EuroCareFinder should be treated as indicative unless the relevant clinic confirms otherwise directly to you in writing.

Travelling for treatment may involve additional risks, including travel complications, language barriers, different regulatory standards, limited aftercare, difficulty resolving disputes, changes in price, cancellation issues, complications after returning home and challenges obtaining follow-up treatment.

Any payment, invoice, deposit, refund, cancellation fee, currency conversion, chargeback, finance arrangement or financial dispute is solely between the user and the relevant clinic, practitioner or third-party payment provider.

EuroCareFinder is not responsible for money lost, disputed payments, failed refunds, deposits, unexpected costs, travel expenses, accommodation expenses or other financial loss connected with a clinic, practitioner, treatment or third-party service.

10. Contact forms and sensitive information

EuroCareFinder contact forms are intended for initial, general enquiries only. They are not intended for medical records, detailed health information, urgent medical requests, passport details, payment details or other highly sensitive information.

Contact enquiries may be reviewed before being forwarded to clinics to help reduce spam, bots, fraud, abuse, malicious content and inappropriate submissions.

If an enquiry is approved, it may be forwarded to the selected clinic and the personal enquiry content is intended to be deleted from EuroCareFinder’s moderation database after forwarding. If an enquiry is rejected, the personal enquiry content is intended to be deleted after rejection.

Do not include medical records, detailed health history, test results, scans, prescriptions, diagnosis details, payment details or urgent medical information in EuroCareFinder contact forms.

If you include sensitive information despite this warning, you do so contrary to EuroCareFinder’s instructions. EuroCareFinder is not designed to receive or manage such information through contact forms and may delete it without forwarding it.

EuroCareFinder may link to clinic websites, Google reviews, maps, social media pages, third-party platforms and other external services.

We are not responsible for external websites, third-party content, clinic communications, clinic privacy practices, external booking systems, payment systems, maps, reviews or services.

If you contact a clinic directly or click an external link, you should review that clinic’s or third party’s own terms, privacy notices, policies and security practices.

Reviews, ratings and feedback shown on EuroCareFinder, where available, reflect the views of the person who submitted them and not the views of EuroCareFinder.

• payments, deposits, refunds, invoices or financial disputes;
• travel, accommodation, transport, visas or cross-border treatment issues;
• incorrect, outdated, incomplete or misleading clinic information;
• third-party websites, maps, reviews, clinic websites or external communications;
• users submitting sensitive information contrary to our warnings;
• spam, fake reviews, fraudulent enquiries or misuse of the platform by others.
